Ensuring clarity, comfort, and peace of mind
Every baby is unique, and so is every ultrasound. Image quality depends on your baby’s position, movement, and natural environment in the womb. Sometimes hands, feet, the umbilical cord, or the placenta may block the face, so a full-face view cannot always be guaranteed.
Return Visits
We are not able to offer return visits if your baby is facing the spine, if the placenta, hands, feet, or cord are covering the face, or if your little one is peacefully sleeping. Return visits are not scheduled on Saturdays, and once you are 33+ weeks, no return visits are available for any package.
Refund Policy
Gift certificates, pre-paid packages, services rendered, cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are not offered if hydration before your appointment was insufficient, or if you are simply unhappy with photo quality, as every scan and every baby is different.
Natural Environment
Remember, we are capturing your baby in their natural environment. Babies may not always be awake, and each session will produce unique results.
